For this release (M579), Cameron has chosen a delightful Peated Sherry Cask Whisky (61%).

This limited, single-batch release has been specially selected from Cameron’s premium reserve of barrels for its exquisite quality, rich taste, and aroma.

The malted barley has been peat-smoked with hand-foraged peat from the Valley of the Giants near Albany. This Directors Cut Whisky was matured in second-fill bourbon barrels and finished in an aged sherry cask.

Exhibiting spice and fruit aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley and light, yet complex, smoky aromas. Limeburners Directors Cut has a full-bodied taste and a superbly smooth finish.
